Fort Wayne Police are investigating a shooting Saturday night on the southeast side of town that left one man in critical condition. It happened at the Twin Oaks apartment complex off E. Paulding Rd. This is the second time someone has been shot at this apartment complex in one week.

Around 7 p.m. Saturday night, officers responded to the 2700 block of E. Paulding Rd. When they arrived, police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

Witnesses tell police they heard multiple gun shots and saw three black men dressed in black take off in a white four-door car. Anyone with information about this shooting is asked to contact the Fort Wayne Police Department.

On Thursday night, a shooting happened at the Twin Oaks apartment complex on the same block. In that shooting, investigators believe the victim and another person were walking outside when someone came out of an apartment building and began shooting at them.
Police say the suspect fled the scene on foot. Anyone with information about either of these shootings is asked to contact the Fort Wayne Police Department.
