The jury is set in the David Bisard trial.  Bisard is the suspended Indianapolis Police Officer accused of driving his squad car while drunk into the back of 3 motorcyclists killing 1.

The crash happened back in 2010 and moved to Allen County because of the pretrial media attention that it received in Indianapolis. 

The court has spent the last 2 days filling the 12 person jury.  It consists of 7 men and 5 women, plus an additional 3 alternates. 

WFFT spoke with the Lead Prosecuting Attorney as well as a potential juror who was not selected.

Opening statements began at 9:00am and we will bring you the latest from Day 1 of the trial.
