IPFW is celebrating 50 years as Northwest Indiana's largest public university by displaying 50 bike rack sculptures that will be placed throughout the city.

Leaders with the university revealed all 50 designs for the bike racks saying that these functional pieces of art will make Fort Wayne a better place.

The project is funded by the Public Art Initiative "Sculpture With Purpose."

The first bike rack, titled "Confluence" is already on display in Friemann Square.  The remainder of the sculptures will be on display next May.
