After several complaints from parents, the Indiana Department of Transportation is installing flashing speed limit signs near Cedarville Elementary School.

Parents were concerned that speeding cars on State Road 1 in Leo-Cedarville would be a danger to children.

IN-DOT is installing two 40 mile per hour flashing speed limit signs on the East and West side of West Hardisty Road.

The new signs are expected to be installed next Thursday.  The signs will designate a 40 mile per hour speed limit between 8-9am and 3-4pm on weekdays.
