Gas Station Owner Arrested For Selling Synthetic Drugs

The owner of a Fort Wayne gas station was arrested Friday after police discovered the sale of synthetic drugs.
The owner of a Fort Wayne gas station was arrested Friday after police discovered the sale of synthetic drugs.

Fort Wayne Police say they received several tips that the BP gas station on 6230 Stellhorn Rd. was selling synthetic drugs to customers. 

On Friday, detectives served two search warrants. One was at the gas station and another was at a home in the 9400 block of Blue Mound Dr.

The owner of the gas station, Ashok Kumar, was arrested and charged with dealing and possessing synthetic drugs, plus corrupt business influence.
