A local horse rescue called Shadarobah on Goshen Road is being evicted by the property owners.  The owner is selling the land and wants the horses and employees gone.

The horse rescue is the largest in Northeast Indiana, caring for 41 rescue horses.  Employees at the ranch tell WFFT that all of the horses will be moved to foster homes.

The horse rescue was given notice of the eviction in December after the property owner filed a complaint stating that the residents failed to pay their monthly lease.

The owner of the property was granted possession of the land on February 5th.
