A bomb scare at Huntington North High School forced students to evacuate for much of the afternoon.

School Officials say a note card with a bomb threat was found in the boys bathroom around 1:00pm, Wednesday May 21st.

Students were evacuated and held in the bleachers of the football stadium as police searched the building.

There was no evidence of a bomb found, but Superintendent Dr. Shaffer says whoever is responsible will be found.

There were no persons of interest or suspects in custody.  The Huntington Police Chief says they will review security cameras and hopefully prosecute the person responsible.
