Cub Scout Troop 3015 visited WFFT Local on Tuesday, December 3rd to tour our station.

More than 20 Cub Scouts, ranging from 1st grade to 5th grade, came to the station along with their parents.  Chief Meteorologist Kristen Kirchhaine let the youngsters practice on the weather wall.  The kids had fun pointing at just a green background, and then seeing themselves in a TV monitor with weather graphics behind them.

The Cub Scouts also got to see our Master Control room, where all of our programs and commercials are broadcast from, and they also got a behind the scenes tour of the Control Room where our newscasts are directed from.
