Claypool, Indiana Man Arrested After Leading Warsaw Police on Pursuit

A Claypool, Indiana man was arrested after leading Warsaw Police on a pursuit.
A Claypool, Indiana man was arrested after leading Warsaw Police on a pursuit. Officers were called to the Meijer store on Lake City Highway for a man causing problems and refusing to leave the store.

When police arrived, the man started arguing with them too.  David Metzger was written a trespass warning and asked to leave, but when he didn;t leave the parking lot, police tried to arrest him.

While they were trying to make the arrest, Metzger pulled out of the lot and took them on a high speed chase.

The pursuit ended when officers used stop sticks to flatten Metzger's tired.  Once the car stopped, police took Metzger to jail where he tried to bit several of the jail guards.

Metzger is charged with resisting law enforcement with a motor vehicle, trespassing, and reckless driving.
