One man is dead and a woman is wounded after an argument in a Florida movie theater.  The argument was over the victim using a cell phone before the movie even started.

Harrowing moments at the Grover Movie Theater in Wesley Chapel.  Witnesses describe what started out as an argument and ended with 1 man dead. The argument between 2 movie goers over noise and texting from a cellphone.

"Their voices started going up.  There seems to be almost a confrontation.  Somebody throws popcorn.  I'm not sure who threw the popcorn then "bang" shot.  He staggered 2 seats over, fell on my son, and I asked my son to go call 911.  Which is what he did.  I thought he was in the movie.  He said he was a nurse, jumped down, started pumping the gentleman's chest until the paramedics arrived."

Before paramedics came, the victim managed to say something.

"He said, 'Man I can't believe I got shot', and he started walking.  Blood just started coming out of his mouth and I was just holding him.  I tried to hold him up, but he just fell down."

The victim not the only one shot.  Deputies say the woman he was with was also shot by the suspect.  All this happening even before the movie, The Lone Survivor, began.  The Sheriff says it's a scenario that makes your heart drop.

"It's absolutely crazy that it would rise to this altercation over someone just texting in a movie theater."

The Sheriff emphasized that this is an isolated incident.
