Annual Mad Anthony Red Coat Dinner Held

The Annual Mad Anthony Red Coat Dinner was held at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

Over 100 people came out to support the organization.  At the dinner the group honored those who make Fort Wayne a better place.

Bruce Dye was named the 2013 Red Coat Honoree.

Dye is the President of Hotel Fitness who's long supported the organization.

Indiana Governor Mike Pence also came out to say a few inspirational words.

"Fort Wayne is a giving community and the support of the Mad Anthony's foundation, and the  great work that they support for families with children in such difficult circumstances is a testimony to the character of this community, and we are just proud to be a small part of it."

The Mad Anthony Charity Golf Tournament is an annual event in Fort Wayne that's raised millions of dollars for Fort Wayne's charity organizations.
