Some 60 boys and girls, ages 12-18 from across the state came to the tournament for a little bit of a final tune up before their school seasons begin.
Mike Andrews, the Managing Professional at Wildwood said they put these tournaments on because they want to help the players grow and get some more match experience.
"We just hope that they get good, competitive matches, have a nice and enjoyable experience, and we just offer these because that's what these guys need. For more match play, for a fun good time, and whenever you can play at home, in your hometown local, when you don't have to pay for hotels, kinda keep the cost down, that's always a good thing."
