“It would be like living here in
Since Stone moved, she still has several friends and neighbors that have the violence going on in their backyards.
“I could still be there I could still be right in the middle of it cause I lived within a matter of seconds from the store so its kinda scary and you still have friends that are there,” Stone said.
Stone said she calls her friends to make sure they are OK, but the people she really worries about are her elderly neighbors because they don’t want to leave their home.
Stone’s friends said they can’t get off their street because law enforcement wants to force people off the main roads and out of the area.
“Can’t leave can’t even go to the grocery store from my understanding because they can’t get off their street they’re blocking everything off,” said Stone.
With all the violence and protesting going on, Stone is blessed that she is not there during this time.
“I don’t want my children around something like this I don’t want them to experience this I’ve witnessed things and from being apart of similar things it’s very scary,” said Stone.
