Weatherman Versus Food - El Azteca Two

All this year on Weatherman Versus Food we're bringing challengers back to places WFFT meteorologist Andrew Logsdon has tried to conquer.
This week, we're back at El Azteca in Fort Wayne, and they have a mountain of food for this week's challenger.

They say happiness is a giant burrito.
This week, challenger Jack Ripple will be full of happiness.
"I started training right away. I had a large meal on Thursday night, and Friday I kind of backed off on the food, and this morning i just had a cup of coffee and a smoothie for breakfast,” Ripple says.
They're stepping things up a bit.
"This is our black bean soup."
He goes through the beany goodness quick-
"That was delicious."
Completely unaware of what's in store.
"This is our four piece dinner. One mariscos burrito, one chile burrito, one cheese enchilada, and one ground beef tostada- all covered in lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream."
A huge feast for our hero.
But does he have the beans to eat it all?
"Look at that."
There's no time, but I'm keeping track.
He takes his time, burying the burritos.
Soon, he's halfway.
"Alright, fifteen minutes."
He keeps biting- and fighting- as empty plate appears.
"Just a few more."
It all goes down.
"Here it goes!"
In just under thirty-six minutes, Jack eats the final bite.
And today- challenger wins!
