This week he takes on a Hoosier classic, and he has to do it in under ten minutes.
There's nothing more Hoosier than a pork tenderloin sandwich.
And this one's a big one.
They served this massive sandwich down at the Black Dog Pub in southwest Fort Wayne.
It doesn't get more Indiana that this- a giant pork tenderloin sandwich.
Down at the Black Dog Pub- they do it big.
But in tonight's challenge- size doesn't matter.
"This really is not a massive volume challenge, it's a time challenge. You'll have eight and a half minutes to finish the sandwich, and it's fully loaded, so we wish you the best of luck," says Black Dog Pub owner David Hamilton.
It's a one-pound tenderloin, covered in pickles, tomatoes, onions and lettuce- and a large bun.
Eat the sandwich- and a plate of chips- in eight and a half minutes.
"Cleared clock, start! You're running!"
I start off fast, with the right motivation.
"Go Daddy go! Go Daddy go!"
And I know this will go fast.
"That's the halfway mark!"
"But more than halfway through the sandwich."
Others who ordered the sandwich are taking half of it home, but want to see me finish.
"Go! Go! Go!"
The sandwich goes down- But there's still all these chips, and one minute to go.
Not happening today.
My time is up, so the weathergirls help me finish.
"But you might want to actually put the chips on the sandwich so you're not left with them at the very end."
I wanted to give a big thanks to everyone at the Black Dog Pub for the challenge.
