The Red Rok Saloon on Columbia Street in Fort Wayne has been shut down by the Health Department for a major mice infestation.

According to the food inspection report, the inspector found two mice in traps.

The inspector observed droppings around all baseboards, in pans stored on the shelf, along the walk-in coolers, and in clean linens.

He also found packages of pasta with holes chewed in them, and nesting materials on the floor.

The restaurant has been given a list of requirements to complete before they will be allowed to reopen.
