Middle Schoolers Write and Produce Show at Embassy Theatre

“Spectrum” - an innovative theatrical production written and produced by middle schoolers, premieres at the Embassy Theater Saturday. 23 young artists from Northeast Indiana formed their own musical theater company named The Limited Edition Theater Company.

Erica Elliott, the marketing manager for Spectrum, said this show has a deeper meaning for each of the middle schoolers on stage.

"It means that a lot of middle schoolers go unnoticed and we want to be seen we want to be heard,” said Elliott.

Over the past 3 weeks students created a plot wrote lyrics, choreographed dances, and set up box office and ticket sales.
