As part of Fort Wayne Community School's ongoing efforts in engaging the community, the district has recently launched a climate survey for faculty, parents, and students.

Students in grades 6-12 will be doing the surveys in class, while parents and school-based employees are asked to go the school's website to complete the survey.

The survey is very inclusive, focusing on academic preparation, school support, school operations, and parent engagement.

Melanie Hall, Director of Public Affairs at Fort Wayne Community Schools, says that these surveys will have a significant impact on FWCS operations.

"We will definitely look very closely at them and take the results very seriously as we move forward and try to continue to improve the educational opportunities that we have."

The website for the "site level" climate survey is fortwayneschools.org under the "your voice tab".  Click here.
