Antoine Campbell spent the majority of last season watching his team from the sidelines after an A.C.L. Injury cut his season short. In just two games, Campbell was leading the nation in rushing yards and had racked up six touchdowns, it was in the third game of the season that everything changed. After receiving the news that he would need season ending knee surgery, Campbell got right to work. He began rehab, and asked Head Coach Kevin Donley what he could do, to continue to help the team. Donley allowed him to help coach the Running Backs, and it was then that Campbell feels he learned an entirely different aspect of the game, that will help him on the field this season. Coach Trent Fine and Company are hoping to 'get over the hump' this year and pull in a successful season after racking up a couple of 5-5 records. The team is returning nine defensive starters along with a senior filled offensive line, and are counting on that experience to lead them to a successful season.
