How To Play FOX Fort Wayne's Kickoff Payoff Contest:

1)  Each week, fill out an entry form for the prizes you want to win.  Please be sure to register each week as we'll be drawing each week's entries from those that registered that week.

2)  Each week, we'll draw 9 contestants names.  One contestant's name for the Car Prize, one contestant's name for the ATV Prize, one contestant's name for the Halftime Hunger Prize, one contestant's name for the Interception Return For A TD Challenge, one name for the Punt Return For A TD Challenge, and 4 contestant's names for the Field Goal Challenge (one name for each quarter).

3)  Starting Friday, September 19th, (and every Friday after that) we'll post that week's contestants on the Kickoff Payoff page of our website by 5pm.  You don't need to watch to win.  If a qualifying prize event occurs, someone from FOX Fort Wayne will contact you on how to claim your prize.
