West Texas Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe is really easy.

2-15 oz cans cream of chicken
2-15 oz cans cream of mushroom
2-15 oz cans of mixed vegetables
2 - lbs boneless chicken breast
2 -Tubes of texas size bisquits
salt, garlic powder and pepper

There is different ways to prepare this recipe i use a 14" dutch oven. you can also use an aluminum disposable tray. heat the dutch oven or aluminum tray in medium heat add the cream of mushroom and mix veggies cover and allow to heat without allowing it to boil. while that heats season chicken breast with garlic, pepper, and salt then grill the chicken and cut into cubs another option is buying precooked chicken breast. add the chicken to the mixture of cream of chicken and veggies let it cook for 5 minutes in medium heat, add the biscuits on top of mixture cover very well with dutch oven add some coals on cover if you use tray cover with foil very well allow to cook for 20 min or until biscuits are fully cooked ..then your ready to enjoy the big Game!!
